Named after the lush blueberries cultivated on the property just outside Banner Elk, the Villa luxuriously accommodates sixteen people in eight distinctive bedrooms. Each suite boasts its own private bath complete with Jacuzzi bathtub, television, and gorgeous individual views of the mountains. Other amenities include exquisitely appointed common areas, terrace overlooking our private trout pond, vineyard, and winery, gracious front porch overlooking the vineyard and mountain ridge, and complimentary wine tasting at our own Banner Elk Winery .

Offering multiple options, you may choose to rent individual rooms or the entire Villa as an exclusive destination for intimate weddings, family retreats, or corporate gatherings. Situated on more than seven acres, this gracious estate house/inn caters to your individual needs and desires.
