We spent our 24th anniversary at the Victorian Dreams Bed & Breakfast. The room was cozy and the bathroom spacious. Cindy & John were wonderful hosts and served an excellent breakfast. The B & B is located in a small town with several attractions in the surrounding area including the Wollersheim Winery. We recommend this lovely B & B.

Victorian Dreams was the perfect getaway for us. We went in the winter, which is the down time for them, so we were the only guests. John and Cindy made us feel very welcome, and they still had wine and cheese every day for us. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing, and they have very generous portions. Plus, they have very tasty treats in the entry and snacks in the room. We spending time relaxing in our room, but we also made a trip to the winery, which is very close. Overall, this was one of the most relaxing weekends I have ever had.

Victorian Dreams Bed and Breakfast

The Victorian Dreams Bed and Breakfast consists of two Queen Anne Victorian homes that were built in 1897 and are located in Lodi, WI. These exquisite homes feature ornate leaded and stained glass windows, five sets of pocket doors, beautiful, hand carved woodwork and three original gas-electric chandeliers. The Bissell Mansion (main house) has three elegant suites each with their own private bath. This home also features a beautiful grand staircase, two parlours and a stunning 1901 Cable baby grand piano for your enjoyment. The neighboring Huston house contains 4 large, luxurious suites, each with its own private bath, gas fireplace and two person whirlpool tub. All of our suites include a Keurig coffeemaker, flat screen TV, wireless internet and a DVD player. Afull breakfast is provided each day in the main dining room or we will deliver a romantic breakfast for you to enjoy in the comfort of your room (in most suites). A complimentary wine and cheese reception is also included each afternoon. Located just 20 minutes north of Madison, The Victorian Dreams is close to many wonderful attractions, including Cascade Mountain, Wollersheim Winery, Carr Cheese and all that the Madison area has to offer. We are also located within a short drive of the Wisconsin Dells area.

The inn was previously featured in Midwest Living, Victorian Homes, Wisconsin State Journal, Arlington Inn's Magazine, PBS's Country Inns and more. It has been rated as one of the top bed and breakfasts in the Midwest and was named "one of the top ten most romantic inns in America" by American Historic Inns.
