Welcome to Through the Grapevine Bed and Breakfast in the historic Village of Waterloo, at the heart of the New York Finger Lakes Region. Innkeepers Mike and Joan Smith promise you a special and memorable B&B experience.

We have created a cozy and hospitable atmosphere in a beautiful 1870 brick Italianate. We are just minutes away from the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, the Cayuga Wine Trail, Hobart and William Smith College, NY Chiropractic College, scenic State Parks, and the Waterloo Premium Shopping Outlet.

Relax on our expansive front porch or back patio after a day of shopping or visiting the wineries. Either is a perfect place for a snack and quiet conversation after a long day. You can really complete the experience by soaking in our hot tub with a glass of Finger Lakes wine.
