Harry and Cheryl enjoyed many years in customer service fields. Prior to innkeeping, Harry gained his business acumen and food service skills as an owner/operator of seven McDonald's restaurants in New Jersey, two of which were on the Garden State Parkway. Prior to owning the restaurants, he worked at the corporate level for McDonald's, as Director of Operations in the Northeast region. Cheryl, a registered nurse, has held several positions in healthcare administration, including Director of Nursing. Her most recent position was Executive VP-Chief Operating Officer of Westchester Medical Center in New York, where she also taught customer service to all health disciplines. Her interpersonal skills have been sharpened through the years by organizing health policies, managing a large work force, formal teaching, consulting and public speaking.
