The Brick Store

The oldest general store in America has been continuously in operation since the early 1790s. Feel as if you step back in time with the original slant-front counters still in place. The air is filled with smells of bacon, maple candy, aged cheese, and cake donuts. Fudge made from scratch right in the store and a wide array of penny candy makes this a real treat from the past. The Brick Store also has its own smokehouse producing outstanding meats and cheese. The master smoker has perfected the art of tending the fire for two full days of smoking in maple wood.

In 1992 Mike and Nancy Lusby bought The Brick Store and it has since become a family run business. The City of Bath itself is a must-stop Americana destination. Spend a few hours browsing the store and tasting the treats, everyone is sure to be satisfied with this stop.
