A member of a prominent French family built the Tante Huppe Inn in 1830. Today it still portrays those Creole aristocrats who lived in the home for generations. The Tante Huppe Inn has three complete suites with kitchens, galleries, patio, and telephones and TV's in each room. Each suite will accommodate four persons. This charming historic house is only one block from Front Street, and has been completely restored with family heirlooms.
