For generations since 1950, Harborside Cottages has provided the perfect place for couples and families to "get away from it all". Located on mid-coast Maine's historic Pemaquid peninsula, Harborside itself sits on the edge of picturesque New Harbor where guests can watch the harbor's activities from their porches or from our private dock. A small rowboat is available for our guests and many bring their own kayaks for a quiet paddle among the harbor's many lobster boats or along the rocky shore. Without the interruptions of television or telephones, getting "caught up" on reading is a pleasure. . .

Located on the historic Pemaquid Peninsula in mid-coast Maine, the Gosnold Arms is situated at the entrance to New Harbor which is a true Maine working harbor. Established in 1925, the Gosnold Arms is noted for its congenial atmosphere. The Inn overlooks the harbor and offers rooms all with private baths, most overlooking the water. There are also twenty cottage units, some on the water, many with water views. The Gosnold provides simple yet comfortable accommodations and has a breakfast porch overlooking the harbor. The Finch Cottage is nestled in the small village of New Harbor, a picturesque village anywhere you look. Several working harbors and rocky coastlines adorn the outskirts of the village. Winding narrow roads meander around the area leading to many breath taking scenic views. For the visitor it is a great place to relax to a slower beat. Historic buildings, restaurants, galleries, and gift shops are scattered around New Harbor and the adjacent sea towns. For the more adventuresome, there is rock climbing, kayaking and deep sea fishing. The Hardy Boat leaves New Harbor every day for round trip e. . .

Our cottages, houses, apartments, and rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. All on or near the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to our cottages we have four efficiency apartments plus two rooms. We provide rowboats, a library with books, games, and puzzles; linens, kitchens, and utensils (including a pot for cooking lobsters), and wood for the fireplace. Cottages are not equipped with television. We have a pay-phone available at the inn for our guests' use. No pets please.. . .
