La Paloma is an old Bahamian house sitting on the top of a hill overlooking the Nassau harbour, Paradise Island and the eastern end of the island of New Providence. I have owned it since 1986, and have finally fulfilled my wish to open my house to visitors. There are also Jitney buses that run from the bottom of our hill to downtown Nassau, if you prefer not to walk. From Nassau, you can get buses to places west like Arawak Cay, Cable Beach and Saunders Beach.. . .
