House is very well located if you need to do anything in South and East part of Charlotte . 10 min drive to center of the town and the same out of town . Walking distance ( 5 min walk ) from the house 2 tennis courts , big swimming pool and play ground for children .Big porch and nice view on a forest with some wild life. Free Wi-Fi , breakfast is provided . If you wish can serve home made lunch and dinner too ( can do Russian/French style meals ). I have one room with 1 or 2 beds and another room with sofa bed . Everything is simple and minimalistic . I think this place is good for someone. . .
