Step back in time as you enter the Apple Tree Inn, to a world where the pace is slow, people are genuinely friendly and the atmosphere is genteel. Built in 1907, the inn was originally a family dwelling: then an office and apartment building: and now a beautifully restored bed and breakfast decorated in the elegance of Victorian and Colonial styles.. . .
The spectacular house, designed by a nationally known architect, was featured in Better Homes & Gardens and the PBS show Hometime. At our 2007 Grand Opening, you will find three tastefully decorated bedrooms, two of which share a bath on the first floor. Our spacious second floor suite has its own fireplace and bathroom with a large tiled shower and separate bath tub. All bedrooms have cable TV. Our living room features a fireplace with a hand cut stone hearth, salvaged from the old property farm house. A screened smoking porch is located just behind it.. . .
If you are looking for seclusion and desiring to steal away from the busy life, this is the place for you. This two-story rustic log home is the perfect place to get away from it all. The Bed and Breakfast is steeped with tradition from its displays of heroine nurses to it roaring fireplace. Guests travel from all over the United States to be a part of this historical and inspiring experience.. . .
Enjoy the breathtaking view from the spacious common room or elevated outdoor deck. You may get lucky and see one of our resident critters. Deer, wild turkey and fox are regularly sighted here along with many different species of birds.
Let Mountain Springs Inn host your next business meeting, retreat, wedding, reunion, or any other special event. Our friendly and professional staff will insure your event will be a memorable one!. . .
