The Whitetail Acres Victorian was built in 1900 by Charles Peckham. He homesteaded the land in 1871. Experience the Victorian Era when you step inside and see the hand crafted decorative woodwork throughout the house, including the u-shaped open staircase and the original stained glass windows. The farm was owned by the Schoonover Family from 1929 to 1997. There are presently 120 acres to roam and enjoy the woods and creek, many birds, deer, pheasant, and turkey.
