Located in the heart of Southern Maryland and nestled high on the banks of the Patuxent River, Greenwell State Park covers nearly 600 acres of woods and parkland. Whether you are looking to have a family reunion, a business event, or the perfect setting for a wedding, we have the venue to meet your needs. And, all of our rental sites are universally accessible.
Rosedale Manor
Historic Rosedale Manor and the adjoining Rose Garden make a beautiful setting for your wedding. Rosedale Manor offers breathtaking waterfront views, providing a picturesque setting for bridal showers, corporate events, and conferences.
Knott Lodge
The Francis Knott lodge is equipped with a full kitchen, sunroom with dining tables for up to 25, a fireplace, 5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 17 people in 8 bedrooms. The lodge is a great place to relax and feel at home, perfect for vacations and retreats – get that far away feeling while still being close to home.
Quarter Creek Pavilion
Set in the heart of the park, Quarter Creek Pavilion is the place to hold your family reunion, birthday party, or community event. Located near our canoe and kayak launch, the covered pavilion has picnic seating for up to 50 people and is equipped with BBQ grills and a large brick front fireplace for your enjoyment.
