Rooms and Rates

All rooms at Fox Hollow Bed and Breakfast have private bath, air conditioning, ceiling fan, clock radio, coffee maker, refrigerator or access to guest refrigerator, hair dryer, shower massage and free wireless high speed internet. Iron & ironing board available. For your convenience, we have a computer station for surfing the net, checking e-mail or printing boarding passes available in the common room. The Guest House consists of the two separate rooms, the Falls and the Rivers, packaged at a discount with a 3 night minimum stay.

Policies:

Deposit Policy
Reservations require a one-night deposit, or 50% deposit for stays of two or more consecutive nights. Balance is due upon arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, deposit returned less $25 administrative fee*. For cancellation and changes 13 days or less prior to arrival, reservation is non-refundable. Holidays and special events require full payment 30 days prior to arrival. 30 days cancellation notice required for refund, less $25.00 administrative fee*. Minimum-nights stay may be required. 
*$25 administrative fee is per room on multiple room reservations and non-consecutive night reservations. 
Business Clients - There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for single business clients reserving one room Sunday through Thursday nights. The $25 processing fee is waived.  
Reservations booked on-line (other than this web site) or through a travel agency must be canceled through the on-line service or travel agency.
