Our food philosphy was born from the love of pure flavor. Using ingredients at their best, capturing the essence of the season with a minimal amount of handling. Maintaining the integrity of the natural flavor of a raw ingredient. The kitchen goes through great lengths to procure the best possible products and prepare them with respect, creating menu items with both the appeal of texture and flavor, using elevated techniques.
Our unrelenting commitment to excellence by our kitchen demands that we cultivate the growth of a purposeful and wisely selected wine list to compliment our food. You . . .

In the 1850's, Cold Spring was a bustling Hudson River town. Commerce was booming, and the West Point Foundry was at its peak.
45 Main St, now The Kittleman House Bed and Breakfast, was one of many small hotels catering to the foundry workers and their "friends". Two industrious ladies, Phoebe and Elizabeth owned and ran the hotel, enjoying a very lucrative business. Even though Cold Spring was, and still is, a small village, business in the hotel was successful. We like to think 45 Main Street is happy to be returning to its original use as a hotel!!. . .
