Decided to take my Mom on a train ride for Mother's Day and after a conversation with the owner, decided to stay at Cliff Manor. The home was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Meals were exceptional, and we were served dessert outside by the Missouri River. We felt like a member of the family. We were even transported back to the train station! The Owner spoiled us terribly, and who doesn't enjoy that?

Cliff Manor Bed & Breakfast Inn is located just west of the capital city's downtown business district and state government complex, which also includes the state capital. The Inn sits atop a bluff overlooking the Missouri river and has a wonderful view of the state capital. The Inn is within walking distance to the capital including the AMTRAK station and just across the Missouri river from the North Jefferson KATY Trail Head.

Originally built in 1866, the Inn offers travelers the opportunity to travel back in time in a home built by a prominent Jefferson City resident; U.S. Federal Judge Arnold Krekel. A local historical landmark, Cliff Manor offers overnight visitors to the capital a variety of packages including two Romance Packages and three KATY Trail Packages, each tailored to fit anyones budget.

Guest Suites are elegantly decorated with king size bed, full bath and in-room Jacuzzi brand tubs. All guest rooms are equipped with phones, wireless internet, broadband connected televisions, microwave, refrigerator, teas, coffee and cocoas at no additional charge to our overnight guest.
