The Churchyard Inn

Uniontown, Washington

The Churchyard Inn, in Uniontown, WA, offers a lovely setting that overlooks the rolling hills of the Palouse and is lined by evergreen trees, spacious lawns and flowering gardens. The Inn's tasteful appointments will take you back to a bygone era with its simple but elegant décor. Step back in time and enjoy the country where you'll be lulled to sleep by the wind whispering through the trees and awakened by songbirds and the farm sounds of the Palouse. You will find it hard to leave and look forward to returning to the serenity and beautiful country surroundings.

The building was originally constructed in 1905 in the European Flemish style as a parish house. In 1913 it was converted to a convent and was renovated in 1995 to the original detailed woodwork and staircases with three floors of spacious hallways, bedrooms and balconies. It is a wonderful blend of old world craftsmanship and a unique bed and breakfast where "hospitality is a habit." The Churchyard Inn offers a beautiful setting for weddings, receptions and other gatherings.
